10.1 Introduction

10.2 Measure 1: Members Job and Self-Employment Placements
Definitions
Placements are recorded for members who have registered themselves on LDSJobs.org and obtain employment or start a business.
LDSJobs.org Registration
It may be appropriate for ERS staff and ward or stake leaders and specialists to help individuals who lack necessary skills (i.e., computer, language or other) to register for an LDS Account and create a profile on LDSJobs.org. It is against ERS policy to register or create a profile for another person. ERS candidates should actively participate in the process of registration and creation of a profile, understand what is being done, and agree to allow their information to be stored in the web database according to the Conditions of Use policy. They should also retain their own username and password for future reference.
Reports
Placement reports are automatically generated from LDSJobs.org through the Church Reporting Application. Member job and self-employment placement totals are reported to the Presiding Bishopric Office.
10.3 Measure 2: Members Enrolled in Training Programs
Definitions
Enrollments are recorded for members who have registered themselves on LDSJobs.org and enroll in a formal third-party program for educational and vocational training, rehabilitation, or financing or consulting services that realistically either improves employability or improves or helps start a business.

10.4 Submitting Reports
Automatically Generated Reports
Most reports are automatically generated through the Deseret Employment team site.
LDSTeams Website Reports
Some reports must be submitted manually using the Reporting section of the LDSTeams website, they are:
- Full-time missionary hours
- Church-service missionary hours
- Volunteer hours
- Monthly safety training held monthly (US and Canada only)
These reports are submitted individually for each ERC. The reports are to be submitted on or before the last day of each month at 11:59 pm Salt Lake time. Information not reported by the end of the month should be added to the next month´s totals. If the last day of the month is a holiday or weekend, please complete your report the last working day of the month.
