22.1 Responding to a Subpoena within Utah

Within the State of Utah, refer all requests for subpoenas to:

  • Von Keetch
  • Kirton McConkie
  • 60 South Temple, STE 1800
  • Salt Lake City, UT 84111

ERS representatives (staff and missionaries) are not to respond to subpoena requests in the field.Contact your MFO and report the incident.

22.2 Responding to a Subpoena Outside of Utah

Outside the State of Utah, refer all requests for subpoenas to:

  • Corporation Service Company

Corporation Service Company is a national firm that handles subpoenas for corporations with multiple offices. We are not responsible for providing this information.

ERS representatives (staff and missionaries) are not to respond to subpoena requests in the field. Contact your MFO and report the incident.

22.3 Responding to a "Dropped" Subpoena

In some cases a subpoena may be dropped off and the representative walks out. If this should occur forward the subpoena to:

  • DeLane Turner
  • COP/HRD
  • 50 E. North Temple, 1WW
  • Salt Lake City, UT 84150

22.4 Responding to Other Government Requests

ERS representatives (staff and missionaries) are not to respond to government requests in the field. All government requests should be forwarded to your MFO.
